1.Are you a real factory or a seller?

2.Is it possible to make free samples?
Yes. CHZ lighting can provide free samples but the sample fee must be returned in the follow-up order.
3.What is the warranty?

According to different types of lamps, a 5-7 year warranty is provided. If the product fails during the warranty period due to quality problems, we will immediately send out new replacements and freight charges in case of an emergency. Or, we prefer to send a replacement for the next order.

4.Is it possible to provide IES documents?
Yes. CHZ has an IES laboratory and professional technicians who can carry out IES testing of all lamps.
5.Are there any certifications?
Yes. Each product of CHZ has various certifications. Different countries and regions have different testing standards for LED lighting products. CHZ has a relative market positioning for each product produced and has made corresponding certifications.
6.What to do if there is a problem within the product warranty period?

Shanghai CHZ LIGHTING CO., LTD (CHZ®LIGHTING) guarantees that our LED street lights have no defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period from the date of shipment. The LED lamps proved to be defective during the warranty period will be repaired or replaced by CHZ® Lighting at its sole discretion.

1) When quality problems occur, the buyer should notify the seller in time, and then provide the seller with photos or videos.

2) After analysis and confirmation of the problem, CHZ will send the replacement product to the buyer by express as soon as possible; if the quantity or size is larger, such as 0.1 CBM or more, CHZ will ship the replacement product by air.

3) When the quantity or size is large, such as 0.3CBM or above, CHZ will be shipped together with the buyer's next order by air or sea. Shipping costs for replacement products are calculated separately and will be paid by the buyer.

Any disputes between buyers and sellers will be settled through friendly discussions.

CHZ®Lighting reserves the right to inspect all unqualified products and has the right to make the sole judgment on whether any product is defective and within the scope of this warranty.

CHZ®Lighting does not assume any responsibility for the following situations:

-Problems caused by external causes, such as accidents, abuse, misuse, improper handling, negligence, fire, flood, theft, vandalism, riots, explosions, natural disasters, or other external causes that have nothing to do with product performance.

-Indicates misuse, is installation, misuse, extreme environmental conditions beyond the product specifications, Undervoltage/overvoltage conditions, non-compliance with applicable instructions, improper or improper maintenance, negligence, accident or tampering conditions. Please pay attention to the LED chip and driver ratings to limit the operating temperature.

-When replacing parts of CHZ®LED lights with parts from other manufacturers.

-Transportation cost and installation cost.
