The project is to use sugarcane processing waste residue as raw material, through pretreatment and processing, its solidification extrusion molding into high-density particulate fuel. After the main process of drying, crushing, granulating, cooling and packing, the crushed Bagasse is first dried to about 15% moisture by a three-layer drum dryer, and then crushed to 3-4 mm fibrous shape by a crusher, finally granulated by the pellet mill, the finished product particle diameter is optional from 8 to 10mm. After granulation and cooling, the pellets will be packed into 20-50kg bags by a small bag packing scales which is easy to transport and sale. The whole line design is with compact, reasonable structure and meet environmental requirements, it can also be designed according to customer requirements.  If the storage period of the pellets produced by customers is long, the finished pellets can be stored in the steel silo. Usually, the steel silo of 1000T-5000T can be selected according to the storage period. This design is also suitable for wood sawdust granulation, and the output is larger than bagasse granulation, about 20-25TPH.
