Profile : Shandong Zhonghui International Trading Co., Ltd., founded in the year 2009, now the head office is located in JINAN city and the production centre is in Yucheng National Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone of Dezhou city. We focus on the design, fabrication, installation and comprehensive technique service of the production equipment for laundry soap, toilet soap, oil hydrolysis and fatty acid distillation. And we have our own independent import & export trading company. Our product is designed by the engineers with above 35 years actual machine operation experience, and is kept improving together with market new requirements as well as the technology development. We normally cooperate with our customer on the turn-key project format, and would design the production process, material formula, cost control and warehouse layout based on each customer’s particular requirements. We would be responsible to supply the machine, guide the installation, make the test running, train the staff, till the customer’s own staff can operate the product line well and produce out qualified end soaps. For the soap production, normally it has two steps, first step is to use all kinds of vegetable oil & animal fats as material to produce the semi product soap noodles and the second process is to use thus soap noodles as material to produce out end bar soap. Based on customers’ requirements, we can supply the different kinds of soap making line with soap noodle as material, or with oils and caustic soda as material. We have our special design and patents for some of the related machine. Especially, for the equipment with oil as material, we adopt the technique of continuous vacuum drying and fully automatic end bar making,which has many advantages, such as requiring smaller size warehouse, consuming less energy, saving human resources, and it can produce out high quality soaps with a big range of varied fatty acid content from 45% to 80%. During the 13 years time, our machine have been exported to over 50 countries and areas. Our biggest market is Africa, including the countries of Algeria, Nigeria, Congo-Brazzaville, Congo-Kinshasa, Ethiopia, Mali, Central Africa, Ghana, Togo, Cameroon, Mauritania, Sierra Leone, Niger, Chad, South Sudan, Burundi, Madagascar, Tanzania, etc; and the second market is Asia, including countries of Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Cambodia, Myanmar, Philippine, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Russia, Lebanon,etc. We also have customer in America, such as USA, Peru, Ecuador, Venezuela etc. Our customer group is getting bigger and bigger, many new customer comes to us by the old customers’ introduction or heard about the project we have built.
