Silo Machinery& Engineering: Suitable for grain, feed, oil, flour, brewing, building materials, chemical industry, port environmental protection and other industrial fields, steel silo engineering can provide customers with 50-6000T each spiral silo, 10-10000T each bolted silo, 50-1000T /H large conveying equipment engineering.
The process characteristics of this project are as follows:
1. The main materials in the steel silo are: soybean, the silo type is the assembly silo, the diameter is ￠15.5m , 16.8m high in the straight tube section, and the foundation form is the concrete full cone foundation;
2. Main process flow: unloading -- cleaning -- temporary storage -- drying -- buffer storage -- silo storage -- bulk storage:
(1) The unloading section is double-sided unloading, the unloading grid screen is the truck load-bearing model, and both sides of the unloading pit are equipped with centralized dust removal to improve the working environment;
(2) The cleaning section is equipped with large-output double-drums cleaner and permanent magnet tube, and the cleaning output is 200TPH
(3) temporary storage and drying section: Temporary storage is 4-200t soybean assembly silo, used to buffer the difference between feeding speed and drying speed, so as to achieve the purpose of rapid unloading and even drying;
(4) Buffer storage and silo storage section: the storage section is 6-250t soybean assembly silo, mainly to cool the materials from the drying tower through the storage section. The storage section is 24-2500t soybean assembly silo, and the incoming output is 100TPH. The silo is equipped with temperature measuring and ventilation system, which can effectively control the grain situation.
(5) bulk storage section: equipped with 1-75t soybean assembly silo, bulk trucks can directly pass and load at the bottom;
Features of the engineering process design:
(1) Equipped with two temporary storage silos before and after drying, which is more conducive to the on-site production management of customers;
(2) The bottom of the silo adopts a heavy two-way belt conveyor to save equipment and power, so that one device can realize the grain exchange between silos and grain output.
(3) In the design of silo foundation, the ventilation screen is designed in the form of detachable and easy to replace, so as to keep the air duct unobstructed and the ventilation effect, and effectively control the grain situation in the silo;
(4) The base of the warehouse is designed in the form of concrete full cone, so that the silo exits by materials from the sliding angle, saving equipment and power;
For different projects, different customer requirements, different processes, the following is the specific engineering options:
(1) Cleaning system (this part can be omitted if the raw materials are clean);
(2) Ventilation temperature measuring system (if the raw materials are relatively dry, and the storage time in the silo is less than 7 days in winter and less than 4 days in summer, this part can be saved);
(3) Grain exchange system (if the raw materials are relatively dry, and the storage time in the silo is less than 60 days in winter and less than 30 days in summer, this part can be saved).
(4) Customers can choose screw silo or assembly silo according to their own needs.
