Twesix food conveyor mesh belt dryer is connected to our heat pump dryer,which not only can dry, but also can dehumidify and recover the heat. Owning dehumdifying funtion, it can guarantee the quality of dried food. Heat recovery can avoid  too much energy-consumptio. As our exeperience, the design can save 60-70% energy than the tradtional conveyor belt dryer. The operation is easy. By only one PLC controller, it can be run the whole drying equipment. That means it can save labor cost for food factories.


The coveyor belt food dryer is multifuntional. By using same dryer, it can dry fruit, vegetable, seafood ,meat,flower, herbs etc. The client only change the drying data in the PLC operator. 


The conveyor belt dryer is safe. Once there is something wrong with some parts, the machine will  raise the alarm or automatically stop working. Generally by checking the PLC operator, the reason can be found.
